Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy is for

This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use SeenRadar (seenradar.com), operated by SeenRadar.

In short: we process the data needed to open your account, run the scan you asked for, show you the result and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

2. Data we process

Using the service stores the following:

• Account data: your name, email address and an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is never stored). If you sign in with Google, the name and email Google passes to us.
• Session records: session identifier, IP address, browser information and the approximate location derived from your connection (country, region, city, time zone, approximate coordinates). Kept for session security and abuse detection.
• Business data: the name, website, industry, services and location of the business you want scanned — entered by you, or read from your site and shown to you for confirmation.
• Scan results: the questions put to the AI engines, the assessment of their answers, scores, detected competitors and sources, generated certificates and their history.
• Subscription and usage records: your plan, credit balance and movements, scan counters, monitoring schedule and notifications.
• Feedback you send us, together with any contact detail you include with it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Performance of a contract: creating your account, running the scan you requested, producing the report and certificate, managing your subscription and credit balance.
• Legitimate interests: protecting the service against abuse and fraud, detecting technical faults, enforcing capacity and cost limits.
• Legal obligation: retention periods that apply to invoicing and payment records.
• Legitimate interests: responding to legal claims made against us and protecting our rights.
• Consent: only where we ask for it explicitly, such as future informational emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We rely on the following providers to operate the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, database (D1), key-value store and network security. Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure.
• OpenRouter — the intermediary that puts your scan's questions to the AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). The text sent to those engines contains scan inputs such as the business name, industry and location; your account email is not sent.
• Google (PageSpeed Insights API) — technical performance measurement of the scanned website. Only the site address is sent.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd. — Merchant of Record for payments. Your payment and invoicing details are collected and processed by Paddle directly; card details never reach us.
• Google LLC — as an authentication provider, only if you choose to sign in with Google.

5. International transfers

The providers above may host data outside your country. Your data is therefore transferred internationally in order to deliver the service. Our agreements with them require the data to be processed only for that purpose.

6. Retention

• Account and scan data: kept while your account exists.
• When you delete your account: your account, business, scan, certificate, notification, monitoring, credit and subscription records are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
• Payment and invoicing records: retained for the period required by financial regulation, by our Merchant of Record Paddle and, where required, by us. These are outside the scope of account deletion.
• Consent records (acceptance date, version and IP address): kept while your account exists; also kept separately, in summary form, for the period required by law after account deletion, in order to defend against possible legal claims.
• Session records: deleted when the session expires or you sign out.

7. Shared reports and certificates

If you choose to share a report, its link becomes public and anyone holding it can see the business name, city, score and leading competitor. Your email address and account details do not appear on that page. Sharing is entirely your choice; a report you have not shared is not public.

8. Cookies

We use only cookies necessary to run the service: the authentication cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie remembering your interface language. We use no advertising or profiling cookies.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted in transit, passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes, and payment details never reach us. No system can promise absolute security; should a security incident occur we will make the notifications the law requires.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. You can delete your account yourself from the panel. For anything else, write to destek@seenradar.com; we respond within 30 days.

11. Children's data

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group. If we learn that we have obtained data belonging to someone under 18, we delete it.
