Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are between SeenRadar ("we"), operator of SeenRadar, and you ("the user").

You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you name on your account.

Creating an account, and starting each scan, means you actively confirm your acceptance of these terms; the date of that confirmation, the version of the text you accepted, and your IP address are recorded.

2. What the service does

SeenRadar measures how visible a business you specify is in AI search and recommendation engines, produces a report and improvement suggestions, and — on a subscription — repeats that measurement at regular intervals.

The measurement rests on how AI models answer at a given moment. Those models are probabilistic: the same question can be answered differently at different times. Scores are therefore a point-in-time measurement and a trend indicator, not a guaranteed, fixed or official ranking.

3. Warranty disclaimer and third-party AI output

The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we make no express or implied warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

• The report and scores rest on the responses of third-party AI engines such as OpenAI, Perplexity and Google; we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of those responses.
• Scores are a point-in-time measurement and a trend indicator; they are not a fixed, guaranteed or official ranking.
• Competitors named in the report are extracted from the AI model's answer; this is not an official or verified comparison.
• We do not guarantee that you will reach a particular score, be mentioned by any AI engine, or improve your ranking.
• We are not liable for outages, unavailability or policy changes of third-party infrastructure and engine providers such as Cloudflare, OpenRouter and Paddle.
• Report recommendations are informational; implementing them, and the outcome, are your responsibility.

4. Account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You may only scan businesses you own or are authorised to act for.
• Creating accounts in bulk with automated tools, multiplying free entitlements, scraping the service, reverse engineering it, placing disproportionate load on the infrastructure, attempting to access another user's data without authorisation, or presenting a report in a misleading way (for example, claiming a score it does not have) is prohibited.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules; unused credit or subscription fees are not refunded when an account is closed for a breach.

5. Your representation and indemnity

You represent that you are the owner of, or authorised to act for, the business you have scanned. You are responsible for scanning a third party's brand or business without authorisation, for the content of any report you choose to share, and for any third-party claim arising from either.

You will indemnify us against any claim, action, penalty and reasonable legal fees brought against us arising from a breach of this representation.

6. Free scan

Every account gets one limited free scan. The free scan asks fewer questions, queries fewer engines and produces a shallower report than the paid plan; the scan screen states exactly which scope is running.

7. Subscription, payment and renewal

• Payments are collected by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle issues your invoice and appears on your card statement.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
• Prices and plan contents may change. No price change applies within your current subscription period; changes take effect from the next renewal.
• Credit packs are one-off purchases and do not create a subscription.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period; access continues until then.
• Unused time is not refunded automatically. Where the service did not work or did not deliver what was promised, we will consider refund requests; refunds are processed through Paddle.
• Statutory withdrawal rights under consumer law are unaffected. Where a digital service begins immediately, the scope of the withdrawal right is determined by the applicable law.

9. Shared reports

Making a report publicly shared is entirely your choice and your responsibility; anyone holding the link can see its contents. You can turn sharing off from the panel at any time. Turning it off does not withdraw copies that third parties have cached or search engines have indexed; we are not responsible for those copies.

10. Certificate

The certificate reflects only the scan's technical SEO and AEO (search engine and AI-engine optimisation) sub-scores; it carries no meaning of official, professional-body or independent-audit approval. Presenting it in a way that suggests such approval (e.g. "officially certified", "government-certified") is prohibited.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data or reputational harm, and our total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (zero if you paid nothing). This limit does not cover liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property, changes to the service, and termination

The software, interface, brand and report templates are ours. The report and certificate produced for your own scan are yours to use and share freely.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, on reasonable notice. We are not liable for a temporary inability to provide the service caused by a force majeure event outside our control (natural disaster, a general outage at an infrastructure provider, a change in law, and the like).

13. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of any material change and publish the current text on this page.

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and execution offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. If you qualify as a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration board or consumer court at your place of residence is unaffected.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the invalid provision is treated as replaced by a valid one closest to its intent. These terms, together with the pages they refer to (e.g. /refund), form the entire agreement between the parties.
